甲状腺肿瘤手术患者应用临床护理路径的护理效果及心理状态分析

Analysis of Nursing Effect and Psychological Status of Patients with Thyroid Tumor Surgery Using Clinical Nursing Path

目的分析甲状腺肿瘤手术患者应用临床护理路径的护理效果及心理状态。方法选择该院2018年8月—2019年8月收治行甲状腺肿瘤手术患者100例,按随机数表分为两组,对照组50例行常规护理,研究组50例实施临床护理路径,对两组护理效果及心理状态进行比较。结果研究组住院时间与住院费用分别为(5.41±1.54)d、(2890.21±140.64)元,均比对照组少,差异有统计学意义(t=12.213、11.444,P<0.05);研究组SAS(39.19±3.70)分、SDS(38.85±4.57)分等心理指标均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=8.345、9.240,P<0.05);对照组满意度低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.843,P<0.05)。结论将临床护理路径应用于甲状腺肿瘤手术患者中,可减轻患者不良情绪,减少住院时间及住院费用,还能提升其临床满意度。

Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect and psychological status of patients with thyroid tumor surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing thyroid tumor surgery in the hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group received 50 routine nursing care,and the study group performed clinical nursing path for 50 patients.The nursing effect and mental state of the groups were compared.Results The length of stay in the study group and the cost of hospitalization were(5.41±1.54)d and(2890.21±140.64)yuan,respectively,which were less than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.213,11.444,P<0.05);the study group had SAS(39.19±3.70)points,SDS(38.85±4.57)points of the psychological indicators were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.345,9.240,P<0.05);the satisfaction degree of the control group was lower than that of the study group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.843,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathways to patients undergoing thyroid tumor surgery can alleviate patients'unhealthy emotions,reduce hospitalization time and hospitalization costs,and improve their clinical satisfaction.
