唇炎诊断性新分类及其临床诊断路径

New diagnostic classification of cheilitis and its clinical diagnostic pathway

唇炎是发生在唇部类型各异的炎症疾病的总称,其病因各异,临床表现和病理特点存在重叠,导致了临床诊断的困难。合理的分类有利于唇炎的诊断,但鉴于唇炎自身的特点,其分类存在困难。目前已有学者提出2种不同的分类方案,但尚未建立统一的分类标准。笔者在结合临床实践经验并总结既往唇炎诊疗文献与特殊病案报道的基础上,将从唇炎的病因、临床表现、病理特点及其与全身疾病和特殊疾病的关系出发,对唇炎的分类、临床诊断思路提出建议,以期对复杂的唇炎临床诊治提供一定的参考。

Cheilitis is a general term for various types of inflammatory diseases that occur on the lips.The etiology differs and the clinical manifestations and pathological features overlap,leading to difficulties in clinical diagnosis.Reasonable classification is conducive to the diagnosis of cheilitis.However,its classification is difficult because of its characteristics.At present,scholars have proposed two different classification schemes,but a unified classification standard has not yet been established.We classified cheilitis based on its etiology,clinical manifestations,pathological characteristics,and relationship with systemic and special diseases on the basis of special medical reports and by combining clinical practice experience and summarizing previous cheilitis diagnosis and treatment literature.In accordance with this classification method,we proposed suggestions for the clinical diagnosis of cheilitis to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of complex cheilitis.
