摘要 为了探索研究北京地区泥石流灾害预测预报与防治工程所需的泥石流灾害动力学技术参数,以北京雁栖镇泥石流为典型研究区,通过资料收集和野外调查,对泥石流运动和动力学参数进行分析计算,获取了主要特征参数,为泥石流防治工程设计提供了定量数据,且提出了“防护堤+拦砂坝”防治工程方案。结果表明:在技术可靠性、经济合理性、环境协调性等方面,防治工程方案是可行的。研究成果可为本地区泥石流遥感动态监测、定量风险评估和防灾减灾管理提供依据与参考。 In order to explore and study the technical parameters of debris flow disaster dynamics required by the prediction and prevention engineering of debris flow disaster in Beijing,this paper takes the debris flow in Yanqi Town of Beijing as a typical study area,analyzes and calculates the movement and dynamic parameters of debris flow through data collection and field investigation,and obtains the main characteristic parameters,which provides quantitative data for the design of debris flow prevention engineering.The project scheme of“protective dike+sand retaining dam”is put forward.The results show that the control project is feasible in terms of technical reliability,economic rationality and environmental coordination.The research results provide basis and reference for remote sensing dynamic monitoring,quantitative risk assessment and disaster prevention and mitigation management of debris flow in this region.
