摘要
为分析基本尺寸误差、运动副间隙对盘形凸轮机构运动精度的影响,建立了考虑两种误差的摆动推杆盘形凸轮机构运动可靠性、可靠性灵敏度数学模型。为使机构运动可靠性最大化,利用改进的正弦余弦算法(Improved Sine Cosine Algorithm,ISCA)对某摆动推杆盘形凸轮机构进行参数组合优化设计,得到机构最优参数组合;通过分析可靠性灵敏度可知,凸轮轴轴心与摆动回转中心距离误差对机构运动可靠性影响最大。实例分析表明,该方法在提高盘形凸轮机构运动可靠性方面具有较好的适用性,为各种凸轮机构的设计提供了一定的参考价值。
In order to analyze the influence of the basic size error and the clearance of the motion pair on the motion accuracy of the disc cam mechanism,the mathematical model for the motion reliability and the reliability sensitivity of the swinging-cam disc cam mechanism is worked out,with two kinds of error taken into account. In order to maximize the motion reliability,the Improved Sine Cosine Algorithm( ISCA) is used to optimize the parameter combination of the swinging-cam disc cam mechanism,in order to identify the optimal combined parameters. Based on the analysis on the sensitivity in reliability,the results show that the distance error between the camshaft axis and the swinging rotation center has the greatest influence on the reliability of the mechanism. The analysis shows that this method has good applicability in improving the motion reliability of the disc cam mechanism and provides reference for the design of various cam mechanisms.
