摘要 为优化HT 200轴承座铸造工艺,运用AnyCasting软件进行数值模拟,分析了铸件易产生缺陷的位置及缺陷形成的原因.采用增加内浇道凝固模数,降低浇注速度以及缓流式浇注系统的新方案,并进行数值模拟分析.结果表明,通过模拟可以辅助铸造工艺设计,利于浇注时间范围的快速确定.利用缓流式浇注系统以及降低浇注速度有利于铸件的平稳充型和改善充型过程温度场.适当地提高内浇道的凝固模数,有利于延迟内浇道封闭的相对时间,增加浇注系统对铸件的补缩量.优化后的方案减少了铸件的缺陷,降低了废品率,铸造工艺方案较为合理. The casting process of HT 200 bearing block is simulated by AnyCasting software,and the location of defects and the causes of defects are analyzed.The new method of increasing the solidification modulus of inner runner and reducing the casting speed is applied,the slow-flow gating system adopted,and the numerical simulation analysis is carried out.The results show that the simulation can assist the casting process design and facilitate the rapid determination of casting time range.The slow flow gating system and the decrease of casting speed are beneficial to the stable filling and the improvement of the temperature field in the filling process.Increasing the solidification modulus of inner runner can delay the relative closing time of inner runner and increase the fill drop-off of casting.The optimized scheme can reduce the defect of casting and the rejection rate.
