老年压力性损伤患者主要照顾者出院准备度与照顾负担的相关性

Correlation between readiness for hospital discharge and care burden of primary caregivers in elderly patients with pressure injury

目的:调查老年压力性损伤患者主要照顾者出院准备度及照顾负担状况,并探究两者相关性。方法:采用照顾者一般资料调查表、出院准备度评估量表、照顾者负担量表调查老年压力性损伤患者主要照顾者的一般情况、出院准备度及照顾负担情况。结果:338例老年压力性损伤患者主要照顾者的出院准备度得分为(120.23±14.05)分,处于准备良好但偏低水平;照顾者负担得分为(51.27±15.20)分,为重度照顾负担;照顾者出院准备度与照顾负担呈负相关。结论:医务人员应重视照顾者的出院准备充分度,进而减轻照顾者的照顾负担,降低患者的再入院率。

Objective:To investigate the readiness for hospital discharge and care burden of primary caregivers for elderly patients with pressure injury,and to explore the correlation between them.Methods:General information questionnaire,readiness for hospital discharge scale and care burden questionnaire were used to investigate the general situation,discharge readiness and care burden of the elderly patients with pressure injury.Results:The discharge readiness score of 338 primary caregivers for patients with pressure injury was(120.23±14.05),it was well prepared but low level.The care burden score of caregivers was(51.27±15.20),it was heavy burden.There was a negative correlation between caregiver discharge readiness and care burden.Conclusion:Medical staff should attach importance to caregiver discharge readiness,and to reduce caregiver care burden and reduce patient readmission rate.
