摘要
本文基于工程教育认证理念,以提高葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业应用型人才培养质量为目标,优化本校现有的葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业人才培养方案和实验实践教学体系,旨在提高学生学习兴趣,增强学生自主学习能力,强化学生综合能力和工程素质,进而提升葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业毕业生在行业中的核心竞争力和社会贡献价值。
The reformto improve the quality application-oriented personnel training of grape and wine engineering is proposed by optimizing the existing professional personnel training program and practical teaching system.The reform aim is to improve students'interest in learning,enhance students'autonomous learning ability,and strengthen students'comprehensive ability and engineering quality,and then enhance the core competitiveness and social contribution value of grape and wine engineering graduates.
