在过去的五十年中,从《清洁空气法案》到《巴黎协定》,环保运动在推动政府环境保护政策上的努力给人们留下了深刻的记忆。除了环境政策的调整之外,来自艺术方面的努力也对环境问题的改善做出了不可忽视的贡献,并进一步补充了环境政策、教育和研究中的现有策略。但不可否认的是,目前我们所生活的环境,它的前景仍然严峻。尤其是最近,当美国的环境保护政策开始停滞不前,甚至不断退缩,新一轮的环境危机也开始逐渐浮现于眼前。其中不仅包括了基于政策退缩时期的环境中不明确的种种前景,也包括了对当下生态艺术现状的种种反思。在美国政策退缩时期,生态艺术将如何发展?我们又应该如何根据当下的现实境遇重新评估生态艺术这种作为公民主动参与社会的艺术形式?本文主要通过生态艺术的相关案例,探讨社会变革和行为研究的理论,这些理论有助于解释传统方法的挑战和局限性,并提出艺术在创造环境行动中的潜力。

The victory of the environmental movement on social policy over the past 50 years,like the Clean Air Act or the Paris Accord,has rung a lasting echo.In addition to the adjustment of environmental policies,efforts at the artistic level also made a significant contribution to the improvement of environmental problem sand have further complemented existing strategies in environmental policy,education and research,however there is no denying that we are living in an environment where the outlook is still grim.Especially recently,when the environmental protection policy of the United States began to be stagnant,and even retreated continuously for a time,a new round of environmental crisis began to emerge in front of us.This not only includes all kinds of uncertain prospects in the environment during the policy retreat period,but also critical reflections on the current situation of ecological art.Which way will ecological art go in this period of policy retreat in the United States?How should we re-evaluate ecological art as an art form that allows the citizens actively participate in the social affairs under the present circumstances?This paper explores theories of social change and behavioral research by introducing relevant cases of ecological art.These theories help explain the challenges and limitations of traditional methods and suggest the potential of art in creating environmental actions.
