In the new era,the industries and groups covered by model workers are becoming more and more diversified,and the level of knowledge and culture is developing to a higher level.The new generation of model workers are gradually on the stage of the times,and the proportion of front-line workers in enterprises is steadily rising.Party committees and governments at all levels continue to improve the mechanism of model workers’selection and commendation and the mechanism of life security,make full use of social resources and social forces,and create a good environment for model workers to play their intelligence and make contributions.Based on the new development stage,implement the new development concept,build a new development pattern,and promote high-quality development,we must closely rely on the working class and the broad masses of working people,further respect and care for model workers,improve the policy of model workers,enhance the status of model workers,implement the treatment of model workers,and promote the emergence of more model workers and advanced workers.
