摘要
学生不认真听讲是一种常见现象。在日常教学中存在着好学生也不听讲的情况,这让教师产生挫败感并对自身形成困扰。教师以好学生为什么不听讲为主线,通过叙事探究的方式开展行动研究,发现好学生不听讲深受家庭干预过度、影子教育、教师职业惯例和教育管理制度多方面制约。认识到教育复杂性的同时,教师也探寻到自我价值。同时,家长与教师应关注好学生的成长诉求,给予有效帮助,让其获得自我存在的价值。
While it is common that students are not attentive in class,teachers feel frustrated and perplexed when good students are distracted.To explain this phenomenon,the author carried out action research through narrative inquiry,and found that good students'non-listening in class is deeply restricted by excessive family intervention,shadow education,teachers'professional ignorance and the disadvantages of educational management system.While recognizing the complexity of education,the author also explores the true self-value of teachers.As for good students,parents and teachers should pay attention to their growth demands,give effective help,and let them obtain the value of self existence.
