创新人才培养与评价实践研究——以国际青少年创新设计大赛融合教育为例

摘要 坚持科学有效的评价方式,改进结果评价,强化过程评价,探索增值评价,健全综合评价是落实《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》精神的关键。经过7年的实践探索,国际青少年创新设计大赛融合教育总结出创新人才培养与评价的关键要点,即培养具有家国情怀、健康体魄与健全人格、独立思考与创新精神、实践能力与全球视野的未来创新人才。国际青少年创新设计大赛融合教育从综合素质(德、智、体、美、劳),核心能力(自主、探究、协同、创新、实践),全球视野(国际格局观、国际胜任力)三个维度研究并探索新时代创新人才培养与评价新模式,为教育评价改革和创新人才培养与评价提供了实施案例和参考。 Adhering to scientific and effective evaluation methods,improving result evaluation,strengthening process evaluation,exploring value-added evaluation,and improving comprehensive evaluation are the key to implement the spirit of the General Plan for Deepening Education Evaluation Reform in the New Era.After seven years of practice and exploration,the ICFE summarizes the key points of innovative talent cultivation and evaluation:To cultivate future innovative talents with patriotic belief,healthy physique and sound personality,independent thinking and innovative spirit,practical ability and global vision.The new mode of innovative talent training and evaluation of ICFE is studied from comprehensive qualities(moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor),core competences(autonomy,exploration,collaboration,innovation and practice),and global vision(international pattern view and international competence),which provides reference for educational evaluation reform and innovative talent training and evaluation.
