脂肪酸结合蛋白6在膀胱癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

Expression of fatty acid binding protein 6 in bladder cancer and its clinical significance

目的探讨脂肪酸结合蛋白6(FABP6)在膀胱癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法收集2011年1月至2014年6月10对膀胱癌和相应的癌旁组织,应用RT-qPCR和Western blot检测各组织中FABP6的表达情况;同时收集了48例膀胱癌和21例癌旁组织的石蜡标本,采用免疫组化法检测各组织中FABP6的表达水平,并进一步研究FABP6和组织学分级、临床分期的相关性;同时分析FABP6的表达和患者5年总体生存率的关系。结果膀胱癌组织中的FABP6mRNA的表达水平高于癌旁组织(P<0.001),FABP6的蛋白表达亦表现出相同的趋势(P<0.01)。FABP6蛋白表达增加与组织学分级和临床分期呈正相关(P=0.011.0.037)。同时,FABP6蛋白的表达上调与膀胱癌患者5年总体生存率呈负相关(P=0.041)。结论FABP6的过表达与膀胱癌的发生、发展及预后有相关性。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical sigmifcance of fatty acid binding protein6(FABP6)in bladder cancer tissues.Methods Ten cases of bladder cancer and para-cearcinoma tissue were collected from January 2011 to June 2014.The expression of FABP6 mR-NA and protein was detected by RT-qPCR and W estern blot.The parafin specimens of 48 cases of bladder cancer and 21 cases of para-carcinoma issues were ollected and immunohistochemical staining method was use for detected the expression of FABP6 protein.The correlation between FABP6 and grading and staging was analyzed.'The relationship between FABP6 expression and 5-year OS was also analyzed.Results The expression of FABP6 mRNA in bladder eancer issues was higher than that in para-carcinoma tissues,and the protein expression of FABP6 also showed the same trend.Inereased FABP6 protein expression was positively correlated with histological grade and clinical stage.At the same time,the up-regulation of FABP6 protein was negatively correlated with 5-year overall survival rate in patients with bladder cancer.Conclusions Overexpression of FABP6 is associated with the oe-currence,development and prognosis of bladder cancer.
