摘要
中国是猪肉生产大国,但中国猪肉在国际市场上竞争优势不强。笔者首先对中国鲜冷冻猪肉出口现状进行了分析,进而测算了我国鲜冷冻猪肉国际市场占有率、贸易竞争力指数、显示性比较优势指数,之后对于影响我国鲜冷冻猪肉出口竞争力的因素进行了理论分析和实证分析,最后提出降低成本、提高质量,稳定汇率、政策支持,提高技术、培养人才的政策建议。
China is a big country of pork production,but the export of Chinese pork does not have a strong competitive advantage in the interational market.This paper firstly analyzes the curent situation of China's fresh and frozen pork export,and then calculates the in-terational market share,trade competitiveness index and revealed comparative advantage index of China's fresh and frozen pork.Then,it makes theoretical and Empirical Analysis on the factors influencing the export competitiveness of China's fresh and frozen pork,and finally proposes to reduce costs,improve quality,stabilize exchange rate,give poliey support,improve technology and train talents.
