致敬董仲舒:新天人三策

Tribute to Dong Zhongshu: Three New Strategies on Heaven and Man

根据董仲舒“天人三策”的思路,按照当代中国社会治理的需求,特提出“新天人三策”。第一策:崇“五尊”以重建信仰,即尊天道以心存敬畏、亲大地以保护环境、爱祖国以振兴中华、隆祖先以继承传统、敬师长以传续文化;第二策:复“五常”以提升道德,即修仁道以培育爱心、守道义以公正合宜、明礼仪以和睦待人、求智慧以行为有度、本信诚以成就事业;第三策:施“五美”以治理国政,即行恭敬以服务民众、用宽政以获得民心、讲信用以树立威望、促勤政以奋发有为、真惠民以共同富裕。

In accordance with the needs of contemporary social governance of China,three new strategies on heaven and man are proposed based on Dong Zhongshu’s idea of“three strategies on heaven and man”.The first strategy is to advocate the idea of“five honors”to rebuild faith,namely,to respect the way of heaven with awe,be close to the earth to protect the environment,love the motherland to rejuvenate China,respect the ancestors to inherit traditions,and respect teachers to pass on culture;the second strategy is to restore“the five constant virtues”to enhance morality,that is,to cultivate benevolence to nourish love,observe morals and justice to be fair and appropriate,understand etiquette to be in harmony with others,seek wisdom to behave appropriately and be faithful to achieve career.The third strategy is to implement the“five beauties”to govern national politics,that is,to act respectfully to serve the people,use leniency to gain people’s support,emphasize credibility to establish prestige,to promote diligence to work hard,and truly benefit the people to realize common prosperity.
