摘要
研究了曼尼希碱1-苯基-3-苯胺基-1-丙酮(PPO)、2-苯甲酰基-3-羟基-1-丙烯(BAA)和3-甲基丁炔醇(MB)的协同缓蚀作用。结果表明,以PPO为主剂、BAA和MB为助剂与分散剂等复配得到了缓蚀剂PBM-Ⅲ,与单独使用曼尼希碱PPO相比,缓蚀剂PBM-Ⅲ缓蚀性能更好,三者之间具有良好的协同缓蚀作用。测得N80钢片在90℃、PBM-Ⅲ加量为1.0%(w)的20%盐酸中的腐蚀速率为1.2512 g/(m 2·h),缓蚀率为99.90%;PBM-Ⅲ在N80钢片表面的吸附模型符合Langmuir吸附等温式,是以阳极控制为主的混合型缓蚀剂。
The synergistic corrosion inhibition of Mannich base 1-phenyl-3-(phenyl amino)propan-one(PPO),2-benzoyl-3-hydroxy-1-propylene(BAA)and 3-methyl butynyl alcohol(MB)was studied.The results showed that the inhibitor PBM-Ⅲwas obtained by the compounding of PPO as main agent,BAA and MB as auxiliary agent and dispersant.The inhibitor of PBM-Ⅲhad better corrosion inhibition performance,compared with Mannich base PPO,there was a good synergistic corrosion inhibition effect.When the addition of PBM-Ⅲwas 1.0%,the corrosion rate of N80 steel was 1.2512 g/(m 2·h)and the inhibition efficiency was up to 99.90%in 20%HCl solution at 363 K.In addition,the adsorption process of PBM-Ⅲon the N80 surface accorded with Langmuir adsorption isotherm,which was a mixed corrosion inhibitor mainly controlled by anode.
