摘要
对鲜胶乳进行熟化处理,探索生胶在贮存过程中门尼粘度(Mv)、塑性初值(P 0)、塑性保持率(PRI)变化,及熟化过程中非胶组分的变化。结果表明,鲜胶乳熟化3~5 d制成生胶贮存3个月之后,P 0值变化在2以内、PRI值变化在2.5以内、Mv值变化在5以内,表明鲜胶乳熟化能够促进天然橡胶质量一致性调控。机理分析表明,鲜胶乳熟化对非胶组分的影响不大,丙酮溶物含量及氮含量变化很小,可能促进了分子链之间的提前交联,达到质量一致性要求。正硫化时间、拉伸强度、撕裂强度变化较为平稳,满足生产需求。
The changes of initial plastic value(P 0),plastic retention rate(PRI),Mooney viscosity(Mv)of raw rubber during storage,and the changes of non-rubber substances during the aging process of fresh latex were investigated.The results showed that the changes of P 0,PRI and Mv were within 2,within 2.5 and within 5,respectively,after 3~5 d of curing and storage for 3 months,indicating that the aging of fresh latex can promote the quality consistency control of natural rubber.The mechanism analysis showed that the curing time of fresh latex had little effect on the non-rubber substances,and the content of nitrogen and acetone soluble matter changed little,which may promote the early crosslinking between molecular chains and meet the quality requirements.The optimum cure time,tensile strength and tear strength are stable and meet the production requirements.
