PVA/KHA/GG多孔水凝胶的制备及吸附性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 为解决染料和重金属离子污染问题,以丙烯酸(AA)为单体,聚乙烯醇(PVA)、腐植酸钾(KHA)和瓜尔胶(GG)为原料,KPS为引发剂,MBA为交联剂,采用水溶液聚合法制备出一种具有多孔结构的PVA/KHA/GG水凝胶。借助FTIR、XRD及SEM对该水凝胶结构进行表征测试。考察了PVA、KHA、GG、KPS和MBA用量及聚合温度等因素对水凝胶去除MB和Pb(Ⅱ)的影响,并对其吸附动力学进行了研究。结果表明,当PVA为15 g,KHA分别为0.2 g和0.3 g,GG分别为10 g和15 g,KPS为0.08 g,MBA为0.04 g,聚合温度为65℃时,水凝胶对MB和Pb(Ⅱ)吸附量达最大。水凝胶对MB和Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附动力学较符合准二级动力学方程。 In order to solve the problem of dye and heavy metal ion pollution,a kind of PVA/KHA/GG hydrogel with porous structure was prepared by aqueous solution polymerization with acrylic acid(AA)as monomer,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),potassium humate(KHA)and guar gum(GG)as raw materials,KPS as initiator and MBA as crosslinking agent.The structure of the hydrogel was characterized by FTIR,XRD and SEM.The effects of the amount of PVA,KHA,GG,KPS and MBA and polymerization temperature on the removal of MB and Pb(Ⅱ)by hydrogel were investigated,and the adsorption kinetics was studied.The results show that when PVA is 15 g,KHA is 0.2 g and 0.3 g,GG is 10 g and 15 g,KPS is 0.08 g,MBA is 0.04 g,polymerization temperature is 65℃,the adsorption capacity of MB and Pb(Ⅱ)is the largest.The adsorption kinetics of MB and Pb(Ⅱ)by hydrogel was fitting well with the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation.
