摘要
拉伸性能是热塑性塑料管材产品物理力学性能的重要指标。试验过程中影响试验结果的因素较多。只有做到全面分析,才能保证试验结果的准确性和可重复性。本文通过对人机料法环等环节中影响拉伸性能试验结果的因素进行分析,给出了不同制样方法对检验结果的影响。
Tensile property is an important index of physical and mechanical properties of thermoplastic pipe products. There are many factors that affect the test results. Only comprehensive analysis can ensure the accuracy and repeatability of the test results. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the tensile test results in the links of Personnel,machine,material,method and environment,so the influence of different sample preparation methods on the test results was given.
