摘要
本文对2020年辽宁省完成的国家化妆品监督抽检工作进行汇总分析。共完成染发类产品(氧化型染发样品)65批次(含进口样品4批次),通过分析发现,化妆品生产企业在染发类标签标识等方面存在问题,应加强现场检查和违法处罚力度,监管部门也应加强自身专职化检查员队伍建设和技术标准的完善。
This paper summarizes and analyzes the national cosmetics supervision and sampling inspection completed in Liaoning Province in 2020. Completed dye hair products(oxidation coloring samples)65 batches(including import samples 4 batch),through the analysis found that cosmetics production enterprises in such aspects as dye hair class label problem exists,should strengthen the on-site inspection and illegal punishment dynamics,regulators should also strengthen its full-time inspector team construction and the improvement of the technical standard.
