卵圆孔未闭封堵术的研究进展

Research progress on closure of patent foramen ovale

卵圆孔未闭是最为常见的先天性心脏病之一,其与隐源性脑卒中、偏头痛、减压病、斜卧呼吸-直立性低氧血症等疾病之间存在密切联系,对高危人群的预防性封堵及对住院患者的治疗性封堵已在临床广泛开展。随着治疗理念的改变及医疗水平的提高,卵圆孔未闭封堵术也发展出涉及不同手术入路及引导方式的多种变式。本文就卵圆孔未闭封堵术的相关应用进展进行综述,以期为临床评估卵圆孔未闭患者最佳手术方式提供新思路。

Patent foramen ovale is one of the most common congenital heart diseases,which is closely related to cryptogenic stroke,migraine,decompression illness,platypnea-orthodeoxia syndrome and other diseases.Preventive closure for high-risk population and therapeutic closure for inpatients have been widely carried out in clinic practice.With the change of treatment concept and the improvement of medical level,the closure of patent foramen ovale has developed a variety of variants involving different surgical approaches and guidance methods.This article reviews the application of patent foramen ovale occlusion,in order to provide new ideas for clinical evaluation of the best surgical method for patients with patent foramen ovale.
