Bilateral Relations and Multi-Cooperation between ROK and Turkmenistan from the Perspective of Energy

本文以韩土双边关系与多元合作为研究对象,从能源视角对韩土双边关系演进历程做了简要梳理,对合作的起源与动因做了阐述,对韩土合作历史与现状做了多维透视,对双边合作发展的驱动因素做了分析,旨在通过总结韩土外交与合作发展经验,为跨区域国家间发展双边关系与合作提供启示和借鉴。

With the bilateral relations and multi-cooperation between ROK and Turkmenistan as the research object,this paper makes a brief review of the evolution of ROK-Turkmenistan relations,expounds the origins and motivations of their cooperation,provides a multi-dimensional perspective on the history and current situation of the bilateral cooperation,and analyzes the driving factors for bilateral cooperative development between ROK and Turkmenistan.By summarizing the experience in diplomacy and cooperative development between ROK and Turkmenistan,this paper provides inspiration and reference for the development of bilateral relations and cooperation between countries across the region.
