ROK's Soft Power Construction in Southeast Asia and Its Enlightenment

韩国在全面推进在东南亚的软实力建设方面有很多独到的经验和成功因素,尤其在议程设定、文化传播、发展模式、科技交流与合作等几个方面成果突出,具有灵活性、包容性、适应性、多样性等特点,对中国颇有启发意义。中国在东南亚地区的软实力正处于不断上升的阶段,也是不断接受挑战的阶段,需要排除各种干扰,建设与硬实力相匹配的软实力,使之服务于建立更加紧密的中国与东盟命运共同体的目标,也为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦营造更加有利的外部条件。

ROK has peculiar experiences and successful elements of building its soft power in Southeast Asia,especially in the fields of agenda setting,culture spreading,developing mode,technology communication and cooperation,which are characterized with flexibility,inclusiveness,adjustability,and diversity and which provide many experiences and lessons to China for reference.At present,China's soft power building in Southeast Asia is in a rising stage,which is also a phase full of challenges.Therefore,China should clear away distractions and build the soft power which matches its hard power,serving the goal of building a closer community of shared future between China and ASEAN and creating more favorable external conditions of realizing the Chinese Dream of great rejuvenation.
