摘要
为确定皖西地区某规模化猪场疑似猪传染性胸膜肺炎的病原及有效治疗药物,对患病猪进行临床症状观察、病死猪病理解剖及病原分离;对分离菌进行形态学观察、生理生化特性测定,敏感药物筛选及药物治疗。结果显示,从猪鼻腔分泌物和肺脏组织中分离到形态一致的优势菌株,经纯化培养后命名为WXC1901;菌株WXC1901能利用葡萄糖、蔗糖、木糖、果糖,硝酸盐还原、脲酶、氧化酶和接触酶试验均为阳性,其他生化指标均为阴性,结果与猪传染性胸膜肺炎放线杆菌(Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae,APP)生理生化特性一致;血清学鉴定为血清7型APP;药敏试验结果显示,菌株WXC1901对β-内酰胺类药物氨苄西林和多肽类药物万古霉素、多粘菌素B敏感,对环丙沙星、头孢他啶、麦迪霉素和复方新诺明等药物耐药;经选用氨苄西林治疗,同时结合对症治疗和提高猪体免疫力治疗等方法,连续治疗5 d后,患病猪基本痊愈。
In order to determine the pathogen and effective drug for suspected Porcine contagious pleuropneumonia(PCP)ina large-scale pig farm in western Anhui province,the clinical symptom was observed,the pathological was dissected and the pathogen was isolated in this paper.Morphological observation,biochemical characteristics detection,drug sensitivity and treatment validation for isolated strains were also studied.The results showed that the gram-negative coccobacillus was isolated from the nasal secretion and lung tissue,which was named WXC1901 after purification,culture and identification.The biochemical characteristics of WXC1901 was assistant with APP(Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae,APP),which could utilize glucose,sucrose,xylose and fructose.The tests of nitrate reduction,urease,oxidase and contact enzyme were all positive,and other biochemical indicators were negative,so it was identified as serum type 7 APP by serotype test.The drug sensitivity test showed that the WXC1901 strain was sensitive to ampicillin,vancomycin and polymyxin B,and was resistant to ciprofloxacin,ceftazidime,medemycin and sulfamethoxazole.The sick pigs were basically cured after 5 days of treatment with ampicillin and immune-enhancer.These results can provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of PCP.
