摘要 家长对孩子教育越焦虑,孩子在成长中出现的问题越突出。通过剖析现行解决策略,引入心理学理性情绪认知疗法,利用成长心智模式应对家庭教育焦虑问题,即家庭教育需具备父母成长意识和孩子教育的成长成才观。成长心智模式构建以“培养孩子成人”为核心理念,注重终身成长“五大能力”、人格培养“五个关键期”、家长育儿“五项能力要素”,帮助家长摆脱焦虑,实现家长和孩子的共同成长。 The more anxious parents are about their children’s education,the more prominent the problems in their growth.The current solving strategies were explored,psychological rational emotional cognitive therapy was introduced,and the growth mental model was applied to deal with the problems of family education anxiety,that is,it is necessary to have the awareness of parents’growth and the concept of children’s growth and success in family education.The construction of growth mental model takes cultivating children as adults as the core concept,pays attention to the five abilities of lifelong growth,the five key periods of personality cultivation,and the five ability elements of parents’parenting,so as to help parents get rid of anxiety and realize the mutual growth of parents and children.
