摘要 采用溶胶凝聚法制备出ZnO光催化剂,借助XRD、SEM表征材料的结构、形态。并以甲基橙为模拟废水,在汞灯照射条件下研究了其光催化性能,考察催化剂用量、光照时间、染料初始浓度、染料初始pH值等因素对催化效果的影响。实验表明所制备的ZnO具有良好的光催化性能,100mL甲基橙溶液中(10mg/L)加入0.6gZnO反应180min,降解率达到88.7%,甲基橙初始浓度越低降解效果越好,酸性介质降解效果高于碱性介质。 ZnO powder were prepared by sol-gel method.The phase and morphology of ZnO were characterized by XRD and SEM.The photocatalytic activities of as-prepared ZnO powder were measured by the degradation of methylene orange aqueous solution under Hg-light.The results showed thedegradation rate of 100mL methylene orange aqueous solution(10mg/L)reached to88.7%after exposure to the Hg-light for 180 min with 0.6gZnO powder,decreasing initial concentration and pH values of dye wastewater can increasing the rate of degradation.
