摘要
以低共熔溶剂氯化胆碱-对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,以对硝基苯甲酸和乙醇为原料,合成对硝基苯甲酸乙酯,考察了低共熔溶剂用量、反应物配比、回流时间等因素对产物收率的影响。较佳工艺条件为:氯化胆碱-对甲苯磺酸用量1.5 g,对硝基苯甲酸与乙醇摩尔比1∶6,回流时间2.0 h,此条件下对硝基苯甲酸乙酯的收率可达95%。此外,低共熔溶剂可回收和重复使用5次,酯化产物的收率没有显著下降。
The ethyl p-nitrobenzoate was synthesized with p-nitrobenzoic acid and ethanol as starting materials,choline chloride-p-toluene sulfonic acid as catalyst.The influences of deep eutectic solvent dosage,reactants ratio and reflux time on the yield of the product were discussed.The yield of ethyl p-nitrobenzoate could reach 95%,under the optimum reaction conditions with amount of choline chloride-p-toluene sulfonic acid 1.5 g,molar ratio of p-nitrobenzoic acid to ethanol 1∶6 and reflux time 2.0 h.Moreover,the deep eutectic solvent could be recovered and reused for five times,and the yield of esterification product was not decreased significantly.
