8602综采工作面液压支架选型与应用效果分析

摘要 以青瓷窑煤矿8602薄煤层综采工作面为背景,通过计算确定液压支架的高度、支护强度、架数,合理进行液压支架的选型。通过对液压支架阻力变化规律和综采工作面基本顶来压规律分析,得出所选液压支架可保证综采工作面顶板稳定,可保证安全开采,应用效果良好。 Based on the 8602 thin seam fully mechanized working face of Qingciyao Coal Mine,the height,support strength and number of hydraulic support are determined by calculation,and the selection of hydraulic support is reasonable.Through the analysis of the variation law of hydraulic support resistance and the basic roof pressure law of fully mechanized mining face,it is concluded that the selected hydraulic support can ensure the stability of roof,ensure safe mining and have good application effect.
