摘要
为优化9-2052巷掘进工作面作业环境,通过现场实测进行粉尘运移规律分析,得出粉尘浓度最大值出现在风流下方10 m以内的范围。基于粉尘浓度分布规律进行喷雾降尘方案设计,喷雾系统分为掘进机腰部以上和腰部以下区域,并在喷雾系统实施前后分别进行粉尘浓度测试。结果表明:高压喷雾系统实施后,综掘机司机处粉尘降低率大于80%,降尘效果显著。
In order to optimize the working environment of the 9-2052 roadway driving face,the dust migration law is analyzed by field measurement,and the maximum dust concentration appears within 10 m below the air flow.The spray dust control scheme is designed based on the distribution of dust concentration.The spray system is divided into the area above and below the waist of the roadheader,and the dust concentration is tested before and after the implementation of the spray system.The results show that after the implementation of the high pressure spray system,the dust reduction rate at the driver of the fully mechanized excavator is more than 80%,and the dust reduction effect is remarkable.
