摘要
针对云冈矿井下带式输送机运输过程中易产生煤尘污染,且易造成下级输送带损伤的问题,设计了一种新型带式输送机落煤点缓冲除尘装置。实践应用效果理想,有效解决了带式输送机运输区域的粉尘浓度污染问题及下级带式输送机因落煤问题造成砸坏和冲击损伤的问题。
Aiming at the problems of coal dust pollution and lower conveyor belt damage in the transportation process of lower belt conveyor in Yungang Mine,a new type of belt conveyor coal drop point buffer dust removal device is designed.The practical application effect is ideal,which effectively solves the problem of dust concentration pollution in the transportation area of belt conveyor and the problem of damage and impact damage caused by coal falling of lower belt conveyor.
