摘要
为提高煤矿智能化工作面生产系统建设水平,以智慧矿山建设为框架,详细介绍了实现智能化工作面控制系统的理念、配置以及功能等基本参数,其中主要包括顺槽控制系统、电液控制系统、三机控制系统和采煤机控制系统四大板块,构建了以“远程一键式启停、自动开采为主、远程人工干预为辅,最终实现无人值守”为目标的智慧矿山运营体系。
In order to improve the construction level of intelligent coal mining face production system,taking the construction of intelligent mine as the framework,this paper introduces in detail the concept,configuration,function and other basic parameters of realizing intelligent working face control system,which mainly includes four parts,namely,chute control system,electro-hydraulic control system,three machine control system and shearer control system,a smart mine operation system is constructed,which is based on the goal of"remote one key start and stop,automatic mining as the main part,remote manual intervention as the auxiliary,and finally realizing unattended".
