Practice and Prospect of Business Innovation Survey at Home and Abroad

面向中国企业创新在世界相对水平的测度需求,系统梳理国际企业创新调查的规范与实践,以及中国不同机构开展企业创新调查的实践,认为中国企业创新调查研究基本遵循了国际企业创新调查的标准、方法和内容,但在企业创新目标与产出和外部影响因素等方面的调查相对薄弱,特别是缺乏主观评价信息,对企业创新的社会价值和环境价值强调不足,调查方式和规范仍需进一步与国际接轨。

Facing the measurement demand of Chinese business innovation in the world,systematically reviews the norms and practice of international business innovation survey and the practice of business innovation survey carried out by different institutions in China.It is considered that Chinese survey practices basically follows the standards,methods and contents of international norms,but weak in innovation output and external influencing factors survey,especially lack of subjective evaluation information.Furthermore,Chinese practices lack of emphasis on the social value and environmental value of business innovation.The survey methods and norms still need to be further in line with international standards.
