贸易摩擦背景下北京市集成电路产业风险识别研究

Research on the Risk Identification of Beijing IC Industry under theBackground of Trade Friction

当前复杂的国际形势给中国集成电路产业的发展带来了阻碍。欧美等产业强国针对关键核心技术采取以“组合拳”的形式形成新的贸易壁垒,遏制了中国的企业发展与技术创新。因此基于产业运行绩效、产业竞争力、产业对外依存度以及产业自主创新能力建立北京市集成电路产业的指标,通过因子分析识别出关键风险,并根据因子得分对6个省市进行比较,得到北京市集成电路产业的特点,基于此给出建议。

Complex international situation has brought obstacles to the development of China’s emerging industries.European and American have adopted the form of"combined punches"for key core technologies to form new trade barriers,which has curbed China’s enterprise development and technological innovation.Therefore,based on the industrial operating performance,industrial competitiveness,industrial dependence on foreign countries,and industrial independent innovation capabilities,the indicators of the integrated circuit industry are established.The key factors are identified through factor analysis,and the six provinces and cities are compared based on the factor scores to obtain the characteristics of the integrated circuit industry in Beijing.Based on the result,puts forward suggestions to promoto the development of integrated circuit industry in Beijing.
