Research on Digitalized and Intelligent Countermeasures for Governance ofDianshan Lake in the Background of Internet+

为进一步提高环淀山湖区域综合治理水平,通过总结近十多年淀山湖治理的现状,发现现存的一些问题:岸线利用无序,部分地区侵占岸线,湖岸开放受到影响;水环境综合治理初见成效,环保压力仍未得到有效缓解;跨区域协调管理机制还需完善。在互联网技术快速发展的背景下,提出淀山湖治理可以从智能治理、数字监管,跨界防治、信息共享,贯穿数据思维、推动政府决策3个方面提高治理水平,以构建信息化、数字化、智能化的美好未来。

In order to further improve the comprehensive governance level of the area around Dianshan Lake,the current situation of Dianshan Lake governance in recent ten years is summarized,and some existing problems are concluded:the shoreline utilization is in disorder,some areas occupy shoreline,and the opening of the lakeshore is affected;Comprehensive treatment of water environment has achieved initial results,and the pressure on environmental protection has not been effectively alleviated.The cross-regional coordination and management mechanism still needs to be improved.In the context of the rapid development of Internet technology,Dianshan Lake governance can be improved from the pespect of intelligent governance,digital supervision;Cross-border prevention and control,information sharing;Through the data thinking,promote the government decision-making,in order to build a better future of information,digital,intelligent.
