近年来,随着沙特阿拉伯“新政”的实施和国家政策的调整,对科技创新的重视程度也在日益增加。随着R&D投入的增加,沙特的科技产出和知识创造能力有了大幅提升。但从对比数据来看,沙特的科技创新投入和产出有巨大差距,与其他高收入的阿拉伯世界国家相比差距较大,有很大上升空间。

In recent years,with the implementation of Saudi Arabia's"New Deal"and the adjustment of national policies,the emphasis on technological innovation has also increased.With the increase in R&D investment,Saudi Arabia's scientific and technological output and knowledge creation capabilities have been greatly improved.However,from a comparison point of view,there is still a huge gap between Saudi Arabia's input and output of technological innovation,and there is much room for improvement compared with other high-income Arab world countries.
