摘要 为了研究弃土场环境影响的具体情况,以系统动力学-因果回路为主要体系构建方法,建立弃土场环境影响评价体系。采用层次分析法与因子分析法确定主客观权重,再将两者组合赋权后的权重作为最终权重,应用到模糊综合评价法中,对评价对象进行综合分析。选取渑淅高速公路12号弃土场为实证研究对象,进行实地调研与航测,通过问卷调查的方式收集数据,对该弃土场环境影响进行评价,结果表明,其环境影响水平为中等级别。研究结果可为施工方与环保部门对弃土场选址决策提供参考。 In order to study the specific situation of the environmental impact of the spoil ground,the environmental impact assessment system of the spoil ground is established with the system dynamics causal loop as the main system construction method.AHP and factor analysis are used to determine the subjective and objective weights,and then the weights after the combination of the two weights are used as the final weights in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to make a comprehensive analysis of the evaluation object.The No.12 spoil ground of Mianxi expressway is selected as the empirical study object for field investigation and aerial survey.The data are collected through questionnaire survey to evaluate the environmental impact of the spoil ground.The results show that the environmental impact level is of medium level.The results can provide reference for the construction party and the environmental protection department to decide the location of the spoil ground.
