摘要
为了满足电网公司对自动化计量终端的安全管理要求,通过移动通信技术采集位置信息对计量终端及其内部安装的SIM卡进行定位,设计了基于移动通信技术的两种计量终端定位监测方案,使用移动基站来对计量终端进行定位,阐述了两种方案的通信结构并进行研究比较,旨在选择出一种具有推广价值的方案,为终端基站定位技术的大规模推广应用的可行性提供依据和实施途径。
In order to meet the safety management requirements of power grid companies for automated metering terminals,the mobile communication technology is needed to collect location information to locate the metering terminal and the SIM card installed inside.In response to this problem,two mobile terminal positioning monitoring solutions based on mobile communication technology are designed,it uses mobile base stations to locate mobile terminals.The communication structures of the two mobile terminals are described and compared.The purpose is to select a scheme with promotion value and provide basis and implementation approaches for the feasibility of large-scale promotion and application of terminal base station positioning technology.
