传统榨油生产线存在生产线基础数据传输或设备自动化改造布线困难,造成无法实现关键点的基础数据传输等问题。本文通过将NB-IOT技术应用于传统榨油生产线控制系统中。解决了此类问题,并根据NB-IOT技术的特点,整合了基础数据传感器接口的统一。助力传统榨油生产线数字化、智慧化的快速稳步发展。

Traditional oil production line has difficulties in wiring in the basic data transmission and in the automatic transformation of equipment,resulting in the failure to realize the basic data transmission of key points,etc.NB-IOT technology is applied to traditional oil production line control system in this paper.It solves such problems and integrates the basic data sensor interface according to the characteristics of NB-IOT technology.It facilitates the rapid and steady development of the digitization and intelligentization of the traditional oil production line.
