大管径烟道截面积在线测量设备的研制

摘要 固定污染源烟气排放连续监测系统(CEMS系统)是环保行业中用来测量烟气排放总量的主要设备,但其计算烟气流量时采用的面积乃是管道的初始面积,和实际情况存在一定的差异,易造成大的测量误差。本文设计了一种大管径烟道截面积在线测量设备,采用激光旋转反射技术,经实验验证,能够有效解决高温高流速烟气条件下烟道截面积的测量问题,提高了烟气排放总量测量结果的准确性。 Continuous emission monitoring system(CEMS)for flue gas from stationary pollution sources is the main equipment used to measure the total amount of flue gas emission in the environmental protection industry.However,the area used in the calculation of flue gas flow is the initial area of flue,which is different from the actual situation.It’s easy to cause large measurement error.In this paper,an on-line measurement equipment for the cross-sectional area of large diameter flue is designed.The laser rotating reflection technology is used to measure the cross-section area of the flue gas under the condition of high temperature and high flow rate,and the accuracy of the measurement result of the total amount of flue gas emission is improved.
