火炮光栅测径仪校准装置的研制与验证

摘要 以靶场火炮光栅测径仪的现场校准为需求,根据测径仪的工作原理和结构,本文提出一种光栅传感器位移量校准方法,设计和研制校准装置,并对校准装置进行多次测量。经验证,该方法设计合理、科学可行,该装置便捷、可靠,可实现光栅传感器在受力环境下位移量的校准,保证测径仪的测量准确度,为武器系统身管寿命评价提供可靠数据。 According to the working principle and structure of the caliper,a grating sensor displacement calibration method was proposed in this paper to design and develop the calibration device for the field calibration of the gun grating sensor,and the calibration device was measured several times.It is proved that the method is reasonable,scientific and feasible.The device is convenient and reliable,which can calibrate the displacement of optical sensor in a constant force environment,to ensure the measuring accuracy of the direction finder and provide reliable data for the life evaluation of the weapon system.
