摘要
为解决玻璃液体温度计检测过程中效率低、易出错、数据读取困难等问题,设计玻璃液体温度计示值误差自动采集系统,从硬件系统搭建、数据采集传输系统开发、示值误差可溯源记录系统开发等方面研制智能化检测系统。该系统可大大提升检测效率、减少劳动成本、降低出错率,实现玻璃液体温度计检测过程的自动化和智能化。
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency,error prone and difficult data reading in the test of liquid-in-glass thermometers,the automatic acquisition system of indication error of liquid-in-glass thermometers is designed,and the intelligent detection system is constructed from the aspects of hardware system,data acquisition and transmission system,indication error traceability recording system,etc.The system can greatly improve the test efficiency,reduce labor costs,reduce the probability of error,and realize the automation and intelligence test of liquid-in-glass thermometers.
