关于太阳能热水器防冻带寿命测试装置及方法的研制

太阳能热水器在人民生活和工厂、宾馆、办公等热水供应中起到很大作用,太阳能热水器防冻带寿命测试装置,属于太阳能热水器技术领域。包括时间继电器,电磁继电器,计数器,数据采集仪,测温电阻,固定装置,接线端子;所述接线端子的一端和防冻带连接,另一端和时间继电器连接,时间继电器和电磁继电器连接,电磁继电器和计数器连接,防冻带固定在固定装置上,测温电阻设置在防冻带的散热面上;数据采集仪和测温电阻连接。利用防冻带自身具有一定的功率的特点,直接通过通电、断电对其进行升温、降温循环测试,从而模拟了防冻带的真实使用环境,能够更加准确地测试出防冻带的使用寿命。
