环境试验设备温度、湿度参数偏差测得值不确定度评定之我见

Evaluation of Uncertainty in Measurement Results of Temperature and Humidity Parameters Deviation of Environmental Test Equipment

JJF 1101-2019《环境试验设备温度、湿度参数》校准规范已于2020年3月27日正式实施,且修订了温度、湿度偏差校准结果不确定度分析。本文选取各种类型的被测设备进行重复性测量,总结出典型被校环境试验温度、湿度设备偏差的测量不确定度大概范围。

The calibration specification for temperature and humidity parameters of JJF 1101-2019 environmental test equipment was officially implemented on March 27,2020,and the uncertainty analysis of calibration results of temperature and humidity deviation was revised.This paper selects various types of equipment to measure repeatability,and summarizes the uncertainty range of the measurement of temperature and humidity equipment deviation of typical environmental test.
