摘要
为获得适宜高山杜鹃盆栽矮化的药剂种类及浓度,以高山杜鹃‘红粉佳人’(Rhododendron‘XXL’)1年生组培苗为材料,研究100~500mg/L矮壮素(CCC)和150~500mg/L多效唑(PP_(333))对高山杜鹃‘红粉佳人’的矮化效果。结果表明,6种处理不同程度地对高山杜鹃‘红粉佳人’产生矮化作用,并使其分枝变短增粗。其中以150~250mg/L多效唑的矮化效果较好。综合比较,组培苗摘心后一周,在摘心处喷施250mg/L多效唑是矮化高山杜鹃‘红粉佳人’的适宜措施。
In order to find out the suitable dwarf agent to control the height of potted Rhododendron, the dwarfing effects of 100~500 mg/L chlorpromazine(CCC) and 150~500 mg/L paclobutrazol(PP333) on the potted Rhododendron ‘XXL’ were studied using its one-year-old seedlings as the materials. The results showed that the six treatments all had dwarfing effects, which made the branches shorter and thicker. In which, 150~250 mg/L PP333 had better dwarfing effect. After comprehensive comparison, 250 mg/L PP333 could be applied on the dwarfing of potted Rhododendron ‘XXL’ by spraying on the place for pinching of the one-year-old tissue cultured seedlings one week ago.
