中枢神经TRPA1与抑郁发生

摘要 抑郁是情绪障碍类疾病。早期大量研究已验明,瞬时感受器电位锚蛋白(Transient receptor potential Ankyrin 1,TRPA1)是外周神经的细胞感受器。新近发现,中枢神经也广泛表达TRPA1。TRPA1拮抗或基因敲除缓解抑郁。本文聚焦中枢神经TRPA1的表达与分布,探析TRPA1与抑郁环路、抑郁共病、突触可塑性的相关性,明确TRPA1作为新抑郁分子的表观遗传调控和钙稳态调节机制,以提出基于TRPA1通道的抑郁症诊疗新策略。 Depression is a mood disorder.Transient receptor potential Ankyrin 1(TRPA1)has been proved to be a cellular receptor of peripheral nerves.Recently,TRPA1 was found to be widely expressed in central nervous system.TRPA1 antagonism or gene knockout relieved depression like-behaviors.This paper reviewed the expression and distribution of TRPA1 in central nervous system,and explored the correlation among TRPA1,depression circuitry,depression comorbidities,and synaptic plasticity.These revealed that the epigenetic and calcium homeostasis mechanism of TRPA1 was a new depression molecule.It proposed a new strategy for depression diagnosis and treatment based on TRPA1 channel.
