摘要
以金鹏1号番茄为材料,研究了增施不同生物有机肥(对照、豆柏、纯羊粪和菌肥)对番茄幼苗光合特性的影响,进而探究不同生物有机肥对番茄幼苗生长的有效性。结果表明,增施3种生物有机肥均能提高番茄幼苗的光合速率。增施菌肥和纯羊粪能显著增加番茄幼苗的叶长、叶绿素含量、蒸腾作用、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白质含量;增施菌肥对番茄幼苗的株高有显著促进作用,而纯羊粪促进效果不明显;增施豆柏,能显著提高番茄幼苗的叶长、蒸腾作用和可溶性糖含量,但对番茄幼苗的株高、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量的增加效果不明显。由此可见,3种生物有机肥均能通过促进番茄幼苗的生长代谢来促进其光合速率,其中菌肥的促进效果最好,与它多方面显著促进番茄幼苗的生长代谢关系密切。
Jinpeng No.1 tomato was used as material to study the effects of different bio-organic fertilizers(control,bean cypress,pure sheep manure and bacterial fertilizer)on the photosynthetic characteristics of tomato seedlings,and then to explore the effectiveness of different bio-organic fertilizers on the growth of tomato seedlings.The results showed that the application of three kinds of bio-organic fertilizer could increase the photosynthetic rate of tomato seedlings.The application of bacterial fertilizer and pure sheep manure could significantly increase the leaf length,chlorophyll content,transpiration,soluble sugar content and soluble protein content of tomato seedlings.The application of bacterial fertilizer significantly promoted the plant height of tomato seedlings,but the promoting effect of pure sheep manure was not obvious.The application of sabina vulgaris could significantly increase the leaf length,transpiration and soluble sugar content of tomato seedlings,but had no obvious effect on the plant height,chlorophyll content and soluble protein content of tomato seedlings.It can be seen that the three bio-organic fertilizers can promote the photosynthetic rate of tomato seedlings by promoting the growth and metabolism of tomato seedlings,and the promoting effect of bacterial fertilizer is the best,which is closely related to its significant promotion of tomato seedling growth and metabolism in many aspects.
