延113气田耐盐耐油耐高温起泡剂研制与现场应用 被引量:2

Development and Field Application of Salt-resistant,Oil-resistant and High-temperature Resistant Foaming Agent in Yan 113 Gas Field

摘要 针对延113气田井底高温,产水含高矿化度和高凝析油的实际情况,研制出在高温、高矿化度和高凝析油条件下起泡性和泡沫稳定性良好的起泡剂,能显著提高气井产气量。采用Ross-Miles法对10种起泡剂进行起泡性能研究,利用起泡剂之间的协同作用,筛选出AOS、FT-5和TCJ-8进行复配,选取复配后性能最优的组合2∶2∶1作为新型起泡剂的比例。在现场对新型起泡剂进行试验,试验井的油套压差缩小量超过30%,产量增加量超过50%,泡排效果好。研究结果不仅可以大大提升该气田的开发效率,也对其它同类型井区起泡剂的研究有借鉴意义。 In view of the actual situation of high bottom hole temperature,high salinity and high condensate in Yan 113 gas field,a foaming agent with good foaming property and foam stability has been developed under the conditions of high temperature,high salinity and high condensate oil,which can significantly increase gas production in gas wells.The foaming properties of ten kinds of foaming agents were studied by Ross-Miles method.Based on the synergistic effect of foaming agents,AOS,FT-5 and TCJ-8 were selected for compounding 2∶2∶1,the combination with the best performance was selected as the proportion of the new foaming agent.The new foaming agent was tested in the field,the oil casing pressure difference of the test well was reduced by more than 30%,the output was increased by more than 50%,and the bubble discharge effect was good.The research results can not only greatly improve the development efficiency of the gas field,but also have reference significance for the study of foaming agents in other similar well areas.
