新冠疫期传统健身功法对大学生心理状态的影响 被引量:5

摘要 本研究注重探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下,多种传统健身功法对大学生心理情绪的影响,为高校大学生心理危机干预提供依据。随机抽取延安大学大学生600名作问卷调查,结果发现疫情期间大学生焦虑发生率为39.24%,焦虑评分为(46.10±7.56)分;而抑郁发生率为24.59%,抑郁评分为(43.36±10.10)分;失眠率为35.26%,失眠评分为(5.75±1.48)分,同时产生3种心理问题的发生率为20.07%,其中女生占74.77%,男生占25.23%。从中筛选出中轻度心理问题大学生90例并依据个人心理状态情况随机分组进行体育锻炼干预,并分别于1个月和3个月评价大学生焦虑、抑郁和失眠的改善情况。发现治疗组失眠状况均于1个月开始显著改善,而抑郁和焦虑状况于健身功法3个月开始显著改善。并且传统健身功法锻炼组的失眠、焦虑和抑郁状况评分均明显低于步行组和对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明新型冠状病毒疫情期间,大学生出现不同程度的焦虑、抑郁和失眠等心理问题,三者呈高度相关性,而开展合理的中国传统健身功法运动锻炼对大学思维意识的引导,心理情绪的调控有着积极影响,既能够有效提高大学生身心健康,又能增进大学生更好的了解中华民族优良文化。 This study focuses on the impact of various traditional fitness methods on the psychological mood of college students under the epidemic situation of COVID-19,so as to provide a basis for psychological crisis intervention of college students.A total of 600 college students in Yan′an university were randomly selected and investigated.The results showed that during the epidemic period,the incidence of anxiety was 39.24%,and the anxiety score was 46.10±7.56.The incidence of depression was 24.59%,the depression score was(43.36±10.10),the insomnia rate was 35.26%,the insomnia score was(5.75±1.48),and the incidence of three kinds of psychological problems was 20.07%,of which girls accounted for 74.77%and boys accounted for 25.23%.90 college students with moderate and mild psychological problems were selected to evaluate the improvement of anxiety,depression and insomnia in college students at one month and three months respectively.It was found that the insomnia in the treatment group began to improve significantly in one month,while the depression and anxiety in the treatment group began to improve significantly in three months.The scores of insomnia,anxiety and depression in the traditional fitness exercise group were significantly lower than those in the walking group and the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that during the epidemic of novel coronavirus,college students had different degrees of psychological problems such as anxiety,depression and insomnia,which were highly correlated,and carrying out reasonable Chinese traditional fitness exercise guides the university′s thinking and consciousness.The regulation and control of psychological emotion had a positive impact,which could not only effectively improve the physical and mental health of college students,but also enhance their better understanding of the fine culture of the Chinese nation.
