摘要
对硫酸血根碱高效液相色谱分析方法进行了研究。用紫外检测器、C 18柱,以乙腈+0.1%三氟乙酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,对硫酸血根碱的分析可取得满意的效果。该方法的相对标准偏差为0.55%,添加平均回收率为100.57%~101.62%。
The analysis method of sanguinarine sulfate was studied by HPLC,with UV detector and C 18 column,using acetonitrile+0.1%trifluoroacetic acid aqueous solution as mobile phase by gradient elution.The method presented obtain satisfactory results,with the relative standard deviation of 0.55%,and the average recovery rate of 100.57%~101.62%.
