新冠肺炎疫情防控背景下医学教学管理工作的思考

Thinking of medical teaching management under the background of prevention and control of COVID-19 pandemic

新冠肺炎疫情对我国高等医学教育教学秩序及教师、学生的教学状态均带来了重大影响。面对教育危机,教学管理工作要充分发挥教学资源调配、教学活动安排中枢的重要作用,认清疫情防控期间教学工作所受的影响,找到教学管理工作中亟待解决的问题;并在思考和启发下,完善教学管理工作,从而推动医学教育事业的不断发展。

COVID-19 pandemic brought great influence to the teaching order of higher medi-cal education and the teaching state of teachers and students.Facing educational crisis,teaching management should give full play to its important role of allocating teaching resources and arrang-ing teaching activities.In addition,influence on the teaching during the pandemic prevention and control should be recognized clearly,and problems which need to be solved urgently should be found in the teaching management.With thinking and enlightenment,teaching management needs to be improved so as to promoting constant development of medical education.
