摘要
目的探讨Mimics数字化软件结合DTR教学法在脊柱外科本科教学工作中的应用效果。方法选取2019年5—12月在同济大学附属东方医院脊柱外科实习的临床医学专业的本科生80名,随机分为实验组(Mimics数字化软件结合DTR方法教学)和对照组(传统方法教学),每组各40名。学习结束后,通过理论知识考核及问卷调查评估教学效果。结果实验组学生的考试成绩和课程教学满意度均优于对照组。Mimics数字化软件结合DTR教学法在增加学习兴趣、加深临床理论理解、提高学习效率、增加自学能力、提高空间思维能力方面均优于传统教学方法,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Mimics数字化软件结合DTR教学法可通过三维可视化及模拟分析帮助学生理解抽象的专业知识,激发其学习兴趣,提高学习效率,建立临床思维,可以提高临床教学效果,值得提倡和推广。
ObjectiveTo explore the application of Mimics software combined with debating teaching round(DTR)in undergraduate spine surgery teaching.Methods80 undergraduates ma-joring in clinical medicine who practiced in department of spine surgery of Shanghai East Hospital from May to December,2019 were chosen as the research objects and randomly divided into the experimental group(taught with Mimics digital software combined with DTR teaching method)and the control group(taught with traditional teaching method),with 40 students in each.After the teaching,teaching effects were evaluated through theoretical knowledge tests and question-naire.ResultsThe test scores and teaching satisfaction of students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group.Mimics software combined with DTR teaching method is superior to traditional teaching method in terms of promoting learning interest,deepening clinical theoretical understanding,improving learning efficiency,strengthening self-learning ability and improving spatial thinking ability.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Con-clusionMimics software combined with debating teaching round can help students understand ab-stract professional knowledge through 3D visualization and simulation analysis,stimulate under-graduate students'interest in learning,improve learning efficiency,and establish clinical think-ing,which can significantly improve clinical teaching effect and learning ability,which is worthy of promotion.
